Santa and the Time Out Chair

We were not sure if she was going to take to Santa again this year. However, she sprinted up to him and sprinted on his lap.....not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing :). We have also had to start disciplining Olivia. When she does wrong she has to sit on the "Time Out" chair for a couple of minutes. Olivia is currently going to the chair without argument (I am sure this might change soon) and will sit there until we come get her. We remind her why she had to sit on the chair and she will say "sorry" and give us a hug and a kiss. We will enjoy it while this lasts.....

Looking more happy than she should on the "Time Out Chair"

A Visit to the Hospital

Olivia had a minor outpatient surgical procedure done to her in November. She did not have a tear duct in her left eye which caused it to tear all of the time. They inserted a very small tub from her eye to her nose to form the tear duct. Olivia was a trooper the entire time and the surgery was a success.

Getting familiar with her new surroundings.

Halloween 2010

Olivia went "trick or treating" for her first time and loved it. Her Godfather, Dwayne Kouf, hand picked the costume. And Mommy tricked it out with tattoos and a bow in her hair. We had a great time and it was nice to see her enjoy it so much......but who does not enjoy the holidays.

The Best Day Ever!!!

The Nickelodeon Resort

We went on our first family vacation this past weekend to the Nickelodeon Resort in Orlando. Olivia's BFF is Sponge Bob so we thought it would be good times for her to hang with him in real life. Words cannot explain her excitement everytime she saw Sponge Bob or Dora the Explorer (her other BFF). She would dance, scream and shake her hands everytime she got to meet Sponge Bob of even just see a picture of him and it would be like she was meeting him for the first time....everytime. The smile on her face and thrill in her eyes was worth ever penny and we will definitely plan another trip up there if she and Sponge Bob remain best friends.

Hanging with Daddy at the "Compound"

Trying to lift Daddy's 150 pound dumbell
(I thought it looked cool in B&W)

Olivia hung out with Daddy and his training partners at the Power Performance Training compound this past weekend. The "compound" is nothing more than warehouse with thousands of pounds of weight and the basic equipment necessary for those who are on a quest to take their mental and physical strengths beyond what they ever imagined. It was great opportunity for Olivia to meet all of her uncles....these are the guys who will be hanging at my house on the day she wants to go on her first date. She really enjoyed it and was not intimadated with the loud music and the heavy weight being smashed around.....thats my girl.
